There’s stuff here like the Feedback Server that sounds like nothing Adobe has to offer. I think they’re really going after a comprehensive solution to a lot of doc and help authoring problems all at once… If Madcap can deliver, and their product isn’t obscenely expensive, they should really have legs. The trick here is that they’re not just cloning the products they’re competing with, they’re offering new kinds of functionality, I think.
